Wellness tips for working from home during challenging times

In addition to our yearly wellness programs and events, the team is actively working to develop resources and content to support our employees during this challenging time with the COVID-19 outbreak. Some recent initiatives include:

• Online classes ranging from stretch, strength, cardio, and meditation on a weekly basis in addition to an on-demand library of fitness videos
• Weekly discussion groups on finding peace during periods of stress and uncertainty hosted by a licensed professional counselor and life coach
Guided Meditation
• Recipe and tips to continue to eat healthy, as well as 1:1 nutrition counseling
