Pitney Bowes earns coveted industry recognition

Pitney Bowes Learning & Development (L&D) team was awarded two Excellence Awards recently from Brandon Hall Group, one of the organizations that successfully deployed talent initiatives that achieved superior and measurable results.

Competing against applications from top tier organizations around the world like Merck, IBM, Bank of America, and others, this year we received a Silver award in the category of “Best unique / innovate Leadership Development Program” for our Executive Development in partnership with ExecOnline. We also received a Bronze award in the category of “Best Program for Sales Training and Performance” for our work with Challenger.

ExecOnline is a leadership development program where executives tackle real business challenges, focusing on Strategy, Financial Leadership, Innovation, and more to create lasting impact. Challenger is an advanced sales methodology that accelerates pipeline and improves close rates by challenging the prospect’s status quo and reframing their problems to allow them to see a better way.
