March is Women’s History Month in some countries which includes International Women’s Day on 8 March. This celebration gives us a chance to reflect on Pitney Bowes longstanding commitment to supporting and including women and the generations of women who have helped shape our company.

Black history is our history

Black History is celebrated in many parts of the world to recognize the achievements, inventions, culture and experiences of African Americans and those of African descent to history. At Pitney Bowes we celebrate Black History as part of our history and our foundation for future value creation as well.

Pitney Bowes NCC Foundation

On January 21st, the Norwalk Community College (NCC) Foundation began the spring semester with a welcome back workshop with Pitney Bowes’ VP of Global Talent Acquisition, Amy Richman, and VP of Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement, Sheryl Battles. The Norwalk Community College Foundation has a long history with Pitney Bowes, with senior executives serving on their board of directors for many years.

Dedication to Education 2020 kickoff

Dedication to Education (D2E), PB’s global volunteer program, engages teams of employees in literacy- and education-focused projects benefitting our local communities. The program began in 2014 as a pilot program in Connecticut. Last year, 50 PB sites in seven countries participated in 85 projects that engaged our colleagues in making a difference for students in their communities. .
