The University initiative allows Pitney Bowes to find top talent out of the campus population. Our goal is to host a beneficial intern program for students which could lead to full-time employment. The University Intern Program takes place every summer with interns throughout the country and we continue to expand globally. There are also short term exciting opportunities offered throughout the year.
Our interns get a chance to work directly with leaders at PB, get exposure to diverse aspects of the business, and participate in developmental opportunities. All open internships are currently posted on our career site.
The Pitney Bowes ‘Global Early in Career Development Program’ (EiC) is an accelerated 18-month development program targeting our high potential, millennial talent around the globe. This unique program is designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities for its participants as they progress to become the future leaders of Pitney Bowes.
The program provides its participants with structured development experiences, including a heightened focus on Development Planning, a year-long Executive Mentoring Partnership and a six-month action learning assignment to deliver recommendations to Senior Leaders on significant challenges or strategic business opportunities for the organization. The program also offers many internal networking opportunities throughout with leaders, program alumni and peer participants.
