In 2018, Pitney Bowes continued to adhere to its core value of doing the right thing, the right way for all of its stakeholders:
- We set a new energy reduction target goal after reaching our target three years ahead of schedule
- We continued our longtime legacy of inclusion with women constituting nearly 40 percent of our Board of Directors and business led by women generating 38 percent of our revenue
- We invested in our talent by turning half of the proceeds from last year’s corporate tax reduction into permanent wage increases for the majority of US employees and prioritizing internal mobility
- We grew our signature volunteer program, Dedication to Education, to 47 Pitney Bowes locations
