Shirley Carpio joined Pitney Bowes in 2017 as a Package Handler, with duties that included shipping, picking and receiving. She thrived on the opportunity to “take it to the next level,” she says, and worked her way up to a role as Team Lead. Then in December 2020, she was promoted to Supervisor at the Bloomington, California Global Ecommerce facility, where they fulfill orders for retailers of all sizes across the US.
