Pitney Bowes is aware of individuals attempting to perpetrate scams by falsely representing themselves as Pitney Bowes recruiters or human resources managers. In some instances, the person may ask candidates to share personal information via email, such as their mailing and email addresses, and other contact information.  However, Pitney Bowes only collects through our applicant tracking system. This page describes Pitney Bowes’ hiring process.

Disregard any solicitation or request for information related to job applications with Pitney Bowes via email addresses with any domain other than @pb.com, such as from Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail.  In addition, we are aware that individuals have created fake email addresses to improperly attempt to collect personal information, including fake email addresses such as @career-pitneybowes.com.  Please disregard emails from these accounts as well.

We urge everyone to exercise caution. If something feels off about your interactions, we encourage you to suspend or cease communications. If you are unsure of the legitimacy of a communication you have received, please reach out to hrsupportline@pb.com

If you believe you have been the victim of identity theft or fraud, you can report the matter to local law enforcement, or other authorities, including the Federal Trade Commission (ReportFraud.ftc.gov) or the FBI (Internet Crime Complaint Center(IC3) | File a Complaint).

Search for Jobs
  • Click Careers@PB to search jobs. 
  • Enter relevant keyword(s) and your location of interest and click "Search." The Job Results Page will appear.
  • On the left side of this page, you will see menu options that allow you to refine your search further via the advanced job search tool.
  • If your initial search does not return jobs matching your skills or interest, try expanding the default location radius to expand your search area, using the geographic features of the advanced job search tool.

Express Interest
  • You must apply to be considered for any role at Pitney Bowes.  
  • Once you apply for a job, your resume and qualifications are sent to the recruiting team. They will then review your information, in light of our position requirements, and contact you if they need additional information.  Your profile is maintained in our database and we may contact you regarding other opportunities that meet your specified career interests and our position requirements.
  • To begin, click create a profile and follow the system prompts.
  • When you have finished, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your application.

Application System
The process of applying for open positions through our application tracking system (ATS) is designed to be simple and user-friendly.
  • To begin, create a profile including a username and password.
  • The system can match information from your resume into some of the fields in the application (contact info, work experience, education, etc.).
  • Attach a cover letter and any other supplementary material.
  • Complete the application questionnaire, answering each question accurately.
  • When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation of your application.
  • Once created, profiles are maintained in our database. We may contact you regarding opportunities (including, but not limited to those to which you have applied) which meet both your qualifications and our requirements.

Application Review
Our Talent Acquisition team will review your completed application and may contact you if your qualifications match our requirements.

Interviews
  • Qualified candidates are reviewed by the hiring manager to determine whom will be contacted for an interview.
  • Some interviews may be completed by phone or video, which may lead to one or more in-person interviews.

Offers
  • The hiring manager will make a hire decision at the end of the process. 
  • A formal offer of employment will be made to the selected candidate.
  • In North America, the offer and all subsequent onboarding tasks are performed online.
  • Outside of North America, physical offer letters are sent by mail.​​​​​​​
