Build capability, leadership, professional and critical skills in the Pitney Bowes Finance organization through our 2023 Financial Leadership rotational program. At the end of the program you will be well-prepared for a leadership role that reflects the knowledge, skills and experiences you have gained with a repeat Forbes America's Best Employers honoree.

Who we are: Pitney Bowes (NYSE:PBI) is a global shipping and mailing company that provides technology, logistics and financial services to more than 90 percent of the Fortune 500.
Who you are: A recent Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics college graduate. You should also be:
Ambitious: A driven high performer interested in building a career in Finance & Accounting

Motivated: To acquire a broad set of leadership skills and build a resume of practical and marketable experience

The Financial Leadership experience

Rotations
This is a selective and highly visible 24-month rotational program to develop the future leaders of Pitney Bowes. The program entails four job rotation assignments in key areas of our business:
  • Treasury & Capital Markets
  • Presort Services Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Global E-Commerce Strategic Finance & Product Development
  • Sending Technology Solutions Controllership
Community
You will be part of a cohort with exposure to a variety of senior leaders within the finance and accounting organization across the company

Development
When you join the Financial Leadership Program, you'll join a team committted to your sucess and be part of an intensive, fast-paced work environment that constantly challenges you to learn and develop. 

You will take part in in-person and virtual trainings that provide exposure to various accounting and finance topics that further enhance your development.

A hybrid experience

Pitney Bowes made remote work available long before the COVID pandemic, which the Finance Leadership program reflects. Program participants will work both virtually and in-person in our Stamford, CT, Shelton, CT and Austin, TX offices.
