Innovation Tech Ladder
Established in 1983, the Technical Ladder Program provides an opportunity for Pitney Bowes employees with distinguished technical portfolios to advance upward in the organization on a technically-oriented career path. Technical Ladder members are critical to our technological strength and are often called upon to address many of our most significant technology strategy issues and decisions. Members additionally provide technical leadership for client-driven projects, creating new value and outcomes while advancing our technical vision.
Sprint Development Program
A 6-month Career Development journey, designed to accelerate the development and visibility of our diverse talent. Components of the journey are assessments, learning library, and a self-paced project.
Early In Career
A 13-month global journey that provides meaningful learning opportunities to develop and grow the future leaders of Pitney Bowes. Key components include mentorship, action learning projects, assessments, and specialized learning curriculums.
Unlocking Value Business Simulation
A 17-hour virtual instructor-led training (over 4 days) or a 2.5 day in-person business simulation focused on increasing business acumen and providing a global and cross-functional view of Pitney Bowes.
Top-rated and award winning business school certificate program for Executives. Our leaders can learn with PB leaders and other top executives while bringing their real business challenges to the table. In the end, they will receive a certificate from MIT, Columbia, Yale, or other top schools.
Leadership Essentials for Managers
A virtual instructor-led training (four, 3-hour sessions over 6 weeks) for newly-hired and promoted managers or existing managers who want a refresher on management best practices.
Our internship program is for students eager to make an impact. We will help assimilate knowledge learned in the classroom with on-the-job experiences. We provide executive exposure, professional development sessions, and a vast-offering of opportunities focused on influencing a variety of innovative business solutions. Interns will step into dynamic teams and work on projects where cross-collaboration, creativity, and learning are paramount to success.
While we have internships throughout the year, the majority of our internships take place in the summer and last between 10-12 weeks.
